The E-Commerce Team leads the company’s digital growth by managing online sales, marketing, and customer experience across DTC platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, Blibli, Tokopedia). In the beauty industry, this team drives revenue through data-driven strategies that boost visibility, optimize performance, and enhance the shopper journey. Supporting B2C channels, the team tailors its approach to engage consumers and serve business partners, ensuring a seamless and impactful digital presence that fuels brand growth and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Preferred educational background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work or internship experience, particularly in sales, marketing, or commercial management.
- Actively involved in organizational activities or have leadership experience in student organizations or other relevant activities.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and quick to learn.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
