This role will be part of the Human Capital organisation, reporting directly to the Headt of Rewards.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in the area of compensation & benefits, managing rewards programmes and providing advisory support to various stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies, including legislative regulations and compliance.

What you'll do:
As an HR Rewards Manager AVP, your role will be pivotal within the Human Capital organisation. You will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation & benefits, managing rewards programmes that align with the Bank’s philosophy. Your responsibilities will include participating in job and salary benchmarking exercises, preparing manpower budgets, analysing costs, and developing rewards-related policies. Your expertise will be crucial in advising internal and external stakeholders on matters related to compensation & benefits.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of compensation & benefits
- Manage rewards programmes and provide related advisory support to various stakeholders
- Design and manage the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards programmes
- Participate in job and salary benchmarking with third party consultants
- Prepare and manage manpower budget including analysis of manpower costs
- Develop and update rewards-related policies in various modes of communication such as Handbook, Benefits Schedule and others
What you bring:
The ideal HR Rewards Manager AVP candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Compensation & Benefits to this role. With at least 6-8 years of direct experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in designing, managing, and implementing rewards plans/programmes. Your meticulous attention to detail is matched by your strategic business acumen and strong project management skills. You are well-versed in compensation and benefits principles, methodologies, legislative regulations, and compliance. Your advanced MS Excel skills will be put to good use in this role.
- At least 6-8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in designing, managing and implementing rewards plans/programmes in medium/large organisations
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including legislative regulations and compliance
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strategic business acumen with strong project management skills
- Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills
