Purposeoftherole
Driving LCL Documentation and FINOPS performance in the Country. This will be achieved by focusing on timely and accurate invoicing, on time payments to vendors and accurate reporting on profitability. Leading a team of Documentation and FINOPS agents, the LCL manager will work closely with key stakeholders to improve efficiencies, reduce cost to serve, revenue leakage and ensure documentation accuracy and its timeliness.
Key Responsible
Documentation and FINOPS Management
Own and monitor Documentation & FINOPS performance, ensuring delivery of relevant KPIs, including Health Metrics and Operational KPIs.
Define strategic direction and objectives for all KPIs and targets.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities for end-to-endDocumentation & FINOPS execution.
Process optimization
Ensure process compliance across frontline and GSC FINOPS to streamline workflow and improve collaboration.
Actively engage stakeholders to drive process optimization, including the definition of IOP/SOP.
Conduct monthly profitability and cost analysis reviews.
Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement.
Guide the team through changes, adopting new systems and processes, managing change resistance, and promoting the use of global tools and standards.
Deliver structured training (with SME support, where available).
Attract and develop talent with a strong learning mindset, fostering opportunities for innovation and leadership.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and address performance gaps in Documentation & FINOPS, implementing projects with strong follow-up and reporting structures.
Use data insights and performance monitoring to recommend and execute process improvements.
Provide expert input to Area Operations Manager, BCO and GSC on strategic issues.
Implementation of process innovations
What we are looking for:
A professional with 8–10 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in team leadership and management.
Good expertise in Financial Operations (FinOps) or a demonstrated ability to lead financial optimization initiatives within complex organizations.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of excellence.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
