Responsibilities:
- Under Supervisors’ control, this person will work on research and consulting tasks such as (not limited to)
- Research the market trend, business environment, competitors company profile and activity, and Indonesian laws and regulations
- Investigate a client company’s strength and weakness
- Analyze above information and support to build a business strategy (including M&A scheme), HR strategy and system, a governance system, a risk-management system, a restructuring strategy and so forth
- Draft presentation materials and reports
- If the project size is small, the person shall be requested to handle by its own
- Collaboration with business partners such as Law Firm, Accounting Firm, HR agent, and other research firms are required upon necessity
- Field research and business trips are occasionally required
Requirements:
- Experience around 3-5 years
- PC Skill: Good skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing assigned tasks
- Strong leadership and logical thinking to drive problem solving and to proceed with assigned tasks
- Positive, proactive, and commit to the schedule for assigned tasks
- Have excellent communication skill and good in teamwork
- Neat, quick-witted and meticulous
- Able to work under pressures
- Education: University degree from any University (national and overseas)
- GPA above 3.5 or reputable University graduate will be plus but not mandatory
- Degree in Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Law or Economics will be plus but not mandatory
- Language skills:
- English: Proficiency is mandatory. Capable of routine communications and writing formal report
- Bahasa Indonesia: Proficiency is mandatory.
- Japanese: Business level in Japanese is not required but will be an advantage
- Over 2 years solid work experience in other Research/Consulting firm or in the similar responsibilities will be an advantage
