About the Role
As a Strategy Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for shaping the foundation's strategic initiatives. You’ll work on data analysis, program monitoring, and presentation development to support key decision-making processes. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically sharp, socially driven, and passionate about making a meaningful impact through their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations to support leadership and cross-team discussions.
- Assist in program planning and monitoring using data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with different teams to design solutions that address real needs of beneficiaries.
- Monitor the development of school building projects, ensuring timelines, progress, and documentation are well-tracked.
- Manage and analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas), and create clear and engaging presentations with PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Informatics, Civil, Applied Math, etc.) from reputable universities.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, enjoys working with data and solving problems logically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated care for others, such as being actively involved in volunteering or social work, community organizations, or campus activities.
- Humble, communicative, and eager to learn.
- Background in research, consulting projects, or project management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of policy analysis or social impact evaluation.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or basic construction progress reporting is a plus.
