Position: Commercial Head/Business Unit Lead
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Leadership
Lead and manage all commercial functions across e-commerce, retail, B2B, and consignment channels.
Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and profitability across multiple touchpoints.
Develop annual sales plans and monitor KPIs to ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
E-Commerce & Digital Channels
Oversee online sales strategy including marketplace performance, brand.com, paid media, SEO, and live commerce.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.
Retail Management
Manage 12 physical branches nationwide, optimizing store operations, staff performance, and customer experience.
B2B Sales
New Product Development (NPD)
Operations & Fulfillment
Consignment & Modern Trade
Corporate & Administrative Oversight
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
8-15 years of experience in commercial leadership or general management roles.
Strong track record in sales management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple business areas simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience working in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer products is highly preferred.
Fluent in Thai with good command of English (business level).
