Role:
The Outreach Specialist is a key role in ensuring our clients achieve high-quality link-building success and online visibility. This role focuses on fostering relationships, identifying link opportunities, and managing campaign hygiene to support robust SEO strategies. Specifically, this entails:
- Managing day-to-day link-building efforts and earning visibility for clients.
- Contacting publishers, webmasters, influencers, and bloggers to secure links.
- Building and developing relationships with online partners.
- Ensuring the health of backlink profiles through regular analysis and disavow submissions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize SEO content and align on client performance goals.
This role demands a mastery level of outreach strategy, relationship building, technical SEO, content optimization, data analysis, and adaptability. To be successful, you must have:
- Proven experience in link building or outreach campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
External:
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential link partners using advanced search techniques.
- Contact publishers, webmasters, and influencers through multiple channels to secure links.
- Ensure acquired links meet quality standards, focusing on Domain Rating (DR) and relevance.
Internal:
- Regularly analyze backlink profiles to maintain portfolio quality and submit disavow reports.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Content teams to track performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain campaign hygiene by updating pricing, auditing links, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Create and share training materials to upskill team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Support and align with company goals, ensuring confidentiality of internal processes.
Results:
- Consistently acquire high-quality links to maintain a portfolio with an average DR of 30 and above.
- Meet link acquisition volume targets, ensuring 50% of new links are Thai and non-vendor sourced.
- Optimize link acquisition costs while maintaining quality.
- Achieve link holding of 250 links per month with no overdue tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in link building, outreach, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO and backlink strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with online partners.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Webmaster Tools and other SEO platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
