About the job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, working closely with our HR team to attract, assess, and onboard top talent for the company that matches our values, in order to fulfill the company's vision and mission.
What will you do:
Assist TA team in :
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our candidate's database
- Organize and schedule hiring process
- Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience by supporting various recruitment initiative
What we are looking for:
- Last year student or fresh graduate from any major
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keep up with a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Canva and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to WFO at Jakarta
