Main tasks:
- Monitor daily transportation activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with transportation service providers and customer locations to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Track KPI metrics, address delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or warehouse operations.
- Experience in team management.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with WMS/TMS systems.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and manage various stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate for work purposes.
