POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure a smooth export and import process by managing shipment coordination, documentation, and timely cargo clearance. This includes verifying schedules, handling Bills of Lading, and monitoring costs. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with stakeholders, consistent reporting, and professionally managing contingencies to resolve issues, thereby maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Set and lead teams through clearly targets rooted in objectives balancing quality, cost and consistency.
Monitor service quality of LCL Operations across customers and routings (MLC, Hub/Gateway, Co-load), including LTL inland pick-up and Operations execution, and act on non-compliance to defined product or customer standards.
Ensure teams provide speedy LCL order issue and exception resolution with customer
Ensuring team adheres to the standard processes and customer specific IOP’s and monitors respective KPI’s
Support onboarding of new team members
Build up good collaboration with internal / external stakeholders to running LCL Operations
Build and develop a strong team
Build teams with strong orientation towards delivering superior LCL customer quality
Coach, motivate and build a high performing teams which lead by example. Inspire and energize the team
Identify / attract and retain talent, and equip them with a ambitious learning plan; offering constant opportunities
Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
Support onboarding of new team members
Performance Improvement
Dive team capacity and performance management with LEAN concept
Own LCL KPIs
Identify process gaps and be actively involved in working on improvements to key processes to improve productivity and service levels to get on time Operations and proactive notification to the customer
Check for additional business opportunities on satisfactory resolution of issues
Lead team on Maersk’s transformance journey through standardization & digitalization adoption
Required knowledge & Skills
At least 03 years' professional working experience at similar role(s) in ocean freight / forwarding industry.
Bachelor's Degree in related field(s) is preferred
Experience in handling LCL is a big plus
Language proficiency: Fluent English level, Native Vietnamese level
Computer literacy: Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Customer centricity mindset is required
Possess can-do and willing-to-do attitude
