Your new role H andling correspondence by drafting, reviewing, and managing emails, reports, and other official documents on behalf of the CEO. Also, organise and manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Responsibilities include planning and arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. For meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for both internal and external meetings. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Additionally, manage and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed This individual demonstrates a strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with external entities, including stakeholders and other institutions. They are fluent in English at an academic level, with proficiency in a third language being an advantage. They have experience of providing support to executives or senior management, exhibit excellent attention to detail, and handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
