- Identifyingexistingskillgapsanddeveloparoadmapwithatimelineto addressthose gaps
- Facilitatingandfollowingup onboardingprogramsfornewjoiners
- SupportglobaltrainingprogramforAreaCXastraineror facilitator
- Supportingteamlevel/business specificcompetencybuildinginitiativestogetherwithteam/businessexperts
- Engagingwithstakeholdersto developanddeliverkey trainings
- Fostering learningculture andgenerateexcitementforKnowledgemanagementanddevelopmentvisionandstrategy
- UtilizingCXcommunicationchannels(e.g.Yammer)andbeingresponsibleforkeymessaging,updatesanddrivingfocuson knowledgemanagementanddevelopmentofCX teams
- Managethelocal knowledgeandlearningcontentforapplicationinlocalCXteams
