They are hiring a newly created position of an IT Applications Developer.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Lead and sitting in a team of 5, your role involves:
- Develop and enhance modern .NET Core web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Design and implement automated workflows, data processing pipelines, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end projects across development, deployment, and BAU support.
- Optimize SQL queries and handle complex data operations, including batch processing and data distribution.
- Build, test, and deploy APIs, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integration with internal and external systems.
- Participate actively in Agile development, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Bring forward innovative ideas in automation tools, including UiPath, Power Automate, and other intelligent workflow solutions.
- Work across various financial domains, including securities, futures, forex, and digital banking.
Job Requirements
As a successful candidate, you should have:
Must-Have (Core Requirements)

Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL.

Solid understanding of API development, microservices, and backend integration.

Experience building web-based applications

Ability to handle data operations (batch processing, data splitting, cleansing)

Experience working in Agile teams
Good-to-Have (Adds Value, Not a Dealbreaker)
- Full stack experience (frontend + backend + integration)
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism)
- Exposure to financial domains (securities, futures, forex, digital banking)
- Awareness of architectural concepts (UML, DDD, clean architecture)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
