Job Description : We are looking for a new member to join our Seller Management & strategic project scope (1 & 2). Key responsibilities include:
- Support conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to review and identify opportunities to enhance platform performance
- Support reviewing and developing initiatives related to KPI and Managed Seller aspects to achieve the platform's strategic goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support key projects, helping to ensure deliverables and targets are met while aligning with organizational goals
- Assist in monitoring e-commerce trends to help continuously improve seller management.
Requirements : - Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience
- Possess a data-driven mindset to solve problems, with experience in analyzing complex data is a plus
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
