The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive operations professional to support our core markets. You’ll coordinate bookings, nurture campaigns, and act as the link between our team, our Alumnifiers, and our university partners.
This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in improving the international student journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm Alumnifier staffing for university activities and campaigns
- Brief and check in with Alumnifiers before and after activities
- Monitor delivery quality of activities, feedback and availability using our preferred tools
- Help deliver peer-to-peer message and call campaigns, and our other activities and track their progress
- Support day-to-day operations and help improve internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- A UK university graduate
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination or delivery
- Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
- Digitally confident (Airtable/Softr experience a plus, but training available)
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Based in Vietnam (ideally Hanoi), with availability for some UK working hours (e.g. 09:00–12:00 GMT)
