Our client, a leading player in the FMCG industry, is seeking a highly driven and strategic individual to join their CEO Office as a Strategic Office / CEO Office Management. What you'll do:
As a Strategic Office / CEO Office Management, you will play an integral role in shaping the future direction of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall vision. You will work closely with various departments to ensure these strategies are integrated across the organisation. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your thought leadership and strategic insights will be crucial in supporting decision making at the executive level.
- Act as the strategic agent in driving high-priority business transformation and innovation initiative
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects from scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, and reporting across key functions (e.g. supply chain, marketing, commercial, digital)
- Collaborate directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and drive execution excellence
- Translate strategic ideas into actionable, measurable project plans and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and success metric
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and bench marking to support data-driven decision-making and innovation
- Act as a change champion, promoting agility, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization
What you bring:

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar strategic role within an FMCG or related industry
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a hybrid background of FMCG and Consulting Background
- Strong track record in leading or managing large-scale transformation or strategic innovation projects, preferably in FMCG or consumer-facing industries
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience in project management and change management methodologies
