What you'll do:
- Design and manage comprehensive salary structures, job evaluation frameworks, and compensation programmes that ensure both internal fairness and external market competitiveness.
- Lead annual performance reviews as well as salary review, promotion, and bonus planning processes to support talent development and recognition.
- Provide strategic guidance on pay decisions for hiring, internal mobility, and retention cases by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Develop and oversee employee benefits programmes including healthcare and insurance, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce while remaining cost-effective.
- Evaluate vendor performance for benefits provision, lead negotiations to secure high-quality services at optimal costs, and monitor statutory requirements for full compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to the RBA Code of Conduct regarding labour matters by monitoring compliance risks, preparing for audits, and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and CSR teams.
- Maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits policies aligned with legal standards; support internal audits, customer assessments, and external compliance reviews as needed.
- Ensure accurate data management within HRIS systems for all compensation and benefits information to facilitate reliable reporting and analysis.
- Develop dashboards and monthly reports tracking key HR metrics; perform compensation modelling and cost simulations to inform scenario planning.
- Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits to recommend proactive adjustments that align with evolving business strategies.
