- Drive order generation from channel partners through accurate demand forecasting and proactive relationship management.
- Monitor stock levels at key distribution points (C1s) and oversee inventory flow to ensure optimal product availability throughout the region.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables by adhering strictly to company credit policies while maintaining control over credit exposure and working capital.
- Identify and resolve collection bottlenecks by monitoring overdue accounts and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Act as the direct manager for Sales Representatives (SRs), providing guidance, support, and resources necessary for them to excel in sales-out activities.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing Head and Campaign Manager to align on strategies, execution plans, and field activities that drive successful sales-out outcomes.
- Enable Sales Representatives with timely access to stock, trade programmes, and market intelligence so they can consistently achieve their targets.
- Lead the introduction and scale-up of new products within the district by identifying early adopter segments and ensuring robust initial market penetration.
- Gather feedback from customers and field teams on new products, communicating insights for continuous improvement of product offerings and marketing campaigns.
