An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Partner specialising in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations to join a highly respected organisation based in Pathumthani area reporitng to People Operation Manager.
What you'll do:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires and coordinating exit processes for permanent, contract, and internship positions.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to local business needs while aligning with regional hiring standards to build robust talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount requirements and translate these into successful hiring outcomes that meet organisational objectives.
- Track recruitment performance using key metrics and ensure all activities comply with global policies as well as local legal requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation by leading campus engagement activities such as career fairs, industry talks, student projects, and other employer branding events.
- Execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that reflect the company’s global employee value proposition while resonating with local talent market trends.
- Support regional workforce planning exercises by collaborating with People Business Partners across ASEAN to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Assist in delivering structured performance management cycles including appraisals, talent reviews, assessments, career conversations, and individual development plans for employees in Thailand.
- Work alongside the Country People Manager to plan or implement global, regional, and local employee initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, experience, and overall well-being.
- Contribute to major business projects such as due diligence for mergers or acquisitions as well as post-acquisition integration efforts in partnership with senior leadership.

- Demonstrated expertise in high-volume recruitment environments including experience coordinating internships or large-scale hiring events.
- Exceptional organisational skills enabling you to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Outstanding communication abilities allowing you to represent the organisation positively when engaging candidates or external partners at events.
- Proven stakeholder management skills that facilitate productive partnerships with hiring managers as well as cross-functional teams regionally.
- A resourceful approach combined with maturity—enabling you to navigate fast-changing situations calmly even when faced with ambiguity or competing demands.
