A leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Controller to be based in Rayong, responsible for overseeing plant finance operations, partnering with the Regional team, and leading a team.
Job Descriptions

Lead the overall finance and accounting function at the Rayong plant, covering financial reporting, management reporting, cost control, and statutory compliance.

Act as a strategic business partner to the Regional CFO, providing insights and recommendations to support operational and commercial decision-making.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS, Thai GAAP, and group policies.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes to align with group standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of up to 10 people, fostering a high-performance culture and capability growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA qualification is an advantage).

Based in Rayong or willing to relocate.

Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams of similar size.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Solid experience in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting and plant operations support.

Strong knowledge of IFRS/Thai GAAP and local tax regulations.

Proficiency in SAP is a must.
