I. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:
• Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Location: Thu Duc City, HCMC
II. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Carry out the entire recruitment process including sourcing, talent pooling, screening CVs, conducting initial/in-person interviews, and recommending suitable candidates.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires: collecting documents, verifying and managing paperwork, updating and maintaining the candidate database.
• Report on recruitment status and propose solutions to ensure hiring targets are met.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
III. REQUIREMENTS:
• College/University graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mass recruitment (priority given to experience in manufacturing or labor recruitment).
• Good communication skills, quick, hard-working, able to meet monthly KPIs.
• Good English skills.
