The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. For more information, please visit Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals Role Description: To assist and support engineering / project manager in the delivery of Site Capital Project implementation. Trainee to be involved in: Deliver the site business benefit through implementation of projects with a group of multidisciplinary professionals from inception, development of business case of the project to the realization of business benefits Develop technical specifications, work scope, cost and schedule with input from project leads / project stakeholders Ensure Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Quality and Engineering Compliances to applicable industrial standards in alignment with GSK requirements Establish detailed implementation planning and safe execution of project activities with support from project leads / construction supervisors timely Ensure to construction safety of projects on site to ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements Managing project performance using GPS to drive Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost while confirming to Project Management Framework and Financial governances Suggest and implement waste elimination through continuous improvements Communication and escalation of project progress, key risk areas and support requirements enabling successful delivery of the project and benefit realization To support the development of facility investment plan with budgets Education: Bachelor's Degree in any engineering discipline, with good knowledge of project management and project controls What you will learn: Technical Project Execution / Project Management skills Basic awareness of industrial standards Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Business Effective communication skills Good report writing skills Be analytical, numerate, and able to assimilate economic and commercial data Proactive engagement and lead discussion with cross functional team members and key stakeholders.
