Your new role
You will lead the HR function for a major plant, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner while managing operational and administrative responsibilities. This role combines leadership, compliance, and hands-on execution to support a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations including Employee Relations, General Affairs, and compliance with company policies.
- Partner with plant leadership and department heads to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive recruitment and workforce planning for direct and indirect labor roles.
- Manage talent development, succession planning, and training programs to meet operational needs.
- Ensure effective communication and deployment of global HR policies locally.
- Maintain strong employee engagement and prevent unionization through proactive initiatives.
- Handle grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Monitor HR processes for internal audit compliance and support data analysis for decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high workloads and adapt to fast-paced operations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and good command of English.
- Knowledge of P&L and cost control is an advantage.
