Locations: Hai Thanh CFS warehouse - Hai Thanh industrial zone - Pham Van Dong street - Hai Thanh ward - Duong Kinh district – Hai Phong (no shuttle bus service).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal use of facilities, including accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supporting services, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements for equipment and property.
- Manage property-related activities such as insurance and supply arrangements.
- Schedule and oversee building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and internal teams.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate equipment lists and schedule regular preventive maintenance.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Provide Facilities & Administration (FNA) consulting and operational services aligned with business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Education: College or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certification: Preferably holds a professional certification in Facility Management.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in warehouse and logistics environments.
- Familiarity with 5S/7S, ISO, and C-TPAT standards is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about facility management.
- Experience working in warehouse settings is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel flexibly between different warehouse locations.
- Hands-on experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance
