Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving talent initiatives, and fostering a high-performing, employee-centric culture.
What you'll do:
As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the HR strategy of the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and align HR strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to enhance their growth.
- Develop and maintain robust benchmarking data for leadership and executive compensation to support informed decision-making by senior management and the Board.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking, including leadership and C-suite compensation, to ensure competitive positioning and internal equity.
- Design and implement training programs to build leadership and employee capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Compensations & Benefits or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
