What you'll do:
As a Sales Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting frontline sales teams by improving their daily administrative tasks. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems to improve customer experience including lead management, offer management, and onboarding. Your role will also involve acting as an owner of the CRM tool in the country, ensuring good data quality through regular training of salespeople on correct inputs. You will also act as the project implementation leader for relevant sales process or tools deployment within the country.
- Improve sales processes around daily admin tasks such as leads, account opening, renewals, quotations, etc.
- Maintain customer database and call planning systems
- Develop and implement efficient sales support processes to enhance productivity
- Act as an owner of the CRM tool in the country, ensuring good data quality
- Act as the project implementation leader for relevant sales process or tools deployment within the country
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and ensure smooth implementation of various sales process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standards for various Sales Processes, Systems & Tools
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Support Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in Sales Support, Sales Planning or Sales Operations. You should have a deep understanding of Sales processes as well as detailed understanding of Sales systems and data flow. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships across teams. An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM software (as an Administrator) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years Sales Support, Sales Planning or Sales Operations experience
- Understanding of Sales processes as well as detailed understanding of Sales systems and data flow
- Experience in project management from project initiation to change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM software (as an Administrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing a team will be a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred
