Job Description : - Follow and support to development of Cross Border category performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
- Follow and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and across teams
- Follow and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth under management
- Work with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements : - Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher; smart and fast learning
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
- Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast, and manage projects from end to end
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Around 1 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce, or consulting experience is an advantage.
