Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure quality control processes are effectively implemented across depot operations.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections in line with company and customer standards.
Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service quality is met.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in depot operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Collaborate with operational teams to promote quality awareness and compliance.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to in all quality activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in depot or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and audit procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work 6 days a week as per operational requirements.
Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
