1. Customer Experience Intern (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
Join projects assigned by the Manager.
2. Transport Operation Management Intern
Assist in monitoring the operation status and providing updates to internal teams.
Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from 01/September/2025 or fresh graduates.
Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, Native Thai language level.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and a Willing-to-do mindset.
