What you'll do:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's brand. Your primary responsibility will be assisting in annual planning to enhance brand health and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with regional teams for marketing alignment and new product development (NPD) processes. Your deep understanding of consumer and market insights will be key in proposing effective plans and actions. Leading integrated marketing activities, coordinating with trade and sales teams, managing external agencies, monitoring brand performance, and managing budgets are also integral parts of your role.
- Assist in annual planning to build brand health and meet business objectives
- Work closely with Regional team for marketing alignment and NPDs process
- Understand consumer & market insights to propose inputs for plan & actions
- Lead integrated marketing activities calendar, ensuring execution in collaboration with cross functions
- Coordinate with Trade & Sales team for effective marketing communication & support across channels
- Manage external agencies for Media and Marketing Campaign executions
- Plan, develop and manage New Product Development process from concept to launch
- Monitor & measure brand & business performance, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
- Manage respective budget & expenditures
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Brand Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing, particularly within the FMCG sector. With at least three years' experience under your belt, you're ready to take on this challenging role. Your excellent command of English will aid you in communicating effectively across various teams. - Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, preferably in FMCG companies
- Excellent command of English language
