What you'll do:
As Head of Sustainability, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of sustainability initiatives within Indonesia. - Lead the sustainability team in Indonesia, taking full responsibility for profit and loss as well as overall growth within the sustainability division.
- Collaborate with global sustainability teams, regional affiliates, and local colleagues to ensure consistent progress and alignment with international best practices.
- Develop and expand the existing sustainability team by recruiting new technical experts and sales professionals within the first three months of joining.
- Identify market opportunities for sustainability services beyond certifications, designing tailored solutions that address client needs across different sectors.
- Drive revenue generation by executing targeted sales strategies specific to sustainability offerings throughout Indonesia.
- Oversee the process for obtaining KAN National Accreditation as a Validation & Verification Body (LVV) under ISO14064-1 carbon standards.
- Ensure all technical aspects of sustainability audits are managed effectively, maintaining rigorous quality standards for every engagement.
- Work directly with clients from diverse industries to provide expert guidance on certification processes and business assurance requirements.
- Monitor progress towards achieving revenue target, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that prioritises knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
What you bring:
To excel as Head of Sustainability, you will bring an impressive track record of success within ESG or related fields; ideally spanning at least eight years with hands-on experience conducting audits for diverse organisations.
