What you'll do:

- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices specific to Singapore and Hong Kong; familiarity with other Asian jurisdictions would be advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to communicate clearly with employees at all levels while building rapport with senior leadership teams.
- Outstanding organisational abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail when managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated capacity for fostering inclusive environments where collaboration is encouraged and diverse perspectives are valued.
