The Position
The Opportunity
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific (Singapore) local supply chain team and manage external partners for our business in Singapore, as well as the management center activities in the Asia Pacific Region.
This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, APAC.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for:
You will also be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, encompassing demand planning to ensure continuous product supply through to-end customer delivery, including the order management function. You will manage supply chain compliance, including conducting audits and ensuring compliance with Export Controls. Furthermore, you will drive projects and the continuous improvement of processes.
To strengthen cooperation, you will be responsible for inventory management and will coordinate closely with a local 3PL provider to ensure service performance and Roche quality standards are maintained.
In this role, you will also identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies and initiatives to optimize required support and information and contribute to the local strategic directions and tactical plans.

Degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management or related field
You have proven a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain setting in MNCs with experience as a people manager
Strong knowledge in warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics management is mandatory due to the job nature
Familiar with SAP know-how in SD, MM, and DP modules.
Experience working in large multi-national companies is highly desirable
Experience in Supply Chain Quality for Medical Devices (e.g. ISO 13485, GDPMDS) is a plus
You have proven that you can lead and influence a team, as well as work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management. You are independent, and resilient and possess the desire and ability to challenge the status quo.
