Role:
The Social Media Account Executive is a crucial supporting role that will enable us to deliver exceptional results for our clients by ensuring campaigns run smoothly and align with objectives. Specifically, this entails:
- Coordinating day-to-day campaign execution across social platforms and marketplace channels such as TikTok Shop.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with strategy.
- Assisting with influencer management, content scheduling, and marketplace operations.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports that provide clear insights and next steps.
This role demands mastery in client relationship management, campaign optimization, reporting, and strategic planning. To be successful, you must have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:
External:
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients under the guidance of Account Managers.
- Join client meetings, prepare materials, and follow through on action items.
- Support influencer selection, briefing, and content approvals.
- Coordinate marketplace activities such as storefront updates, product listings, and promotional mechanics.
- Monitor performance and flag optimization opportunities.
Internal:
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for creative, influencer, and strategy teams.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Track campaign KPIs and compile reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time.
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and marketplace best practices.
Results:
- Timely and seamless execution of campaigns across social platforms and marketplaces.
- Strong collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Accurate and actionable reporting that drives better outcomes.
- Effective influencer and marketplace management that supports client growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, account servicing, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable with social platforms and marketplace tools (Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
