Role:
The Biddable Specialist is a crucial role that will enable us to deliver exceptional advertising campaign performance, drive client success, and support the growth of Primal's digital marketing expertise. Specifically, this entails:
- Managing and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms to achieve client goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address technical ad-related issues and propose optimization strategies.
- Providing actionable insights through detailed performance reports.
- Supporting the development of team expertise and ensuring alignment with company processes.
This role demands a mastery level of campaign management, performance analysis, technical problem-solving, direct-response copywriting, and client communication. To be successful, you must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for identifying and implementing solutions.

- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, ROAS, Conversion Rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Build long-term client partnerships by addressing their needs and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, creative, and strategists, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Share knowledge to upskill team members and elevate Primal’s standards through training and innovation.
- Actively support company-wide goals and maintain alignment with Primal’s processes and policies.
Results:
- Maintain high retention rates by managing and optimizing campaigns effectively.
- Deliver accurate and high-performing campaign setups while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Consistently meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting.
- Identify and secure upsell opportunities to expand client portfolios.
- Follow Primal’s processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in campaign execution and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and other performance media channels.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven strategies.
- Experience with direct-response copywriting that drives results.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
