Role:
The Full Stack Developer (SENTR) is a crucial role that will enable us to build and maintain scalable custom CRM systems, streamline agency operations, and deliver robust technical solutions that drive our growth. Specifically, this entails:
- Developing and managing our custom-built CRM and web application portal
- Building front-end and back-end features and enhancements.
- Maintaining and implementing new API integrations.
- Collaborating with our Project Manager and development team to scope and deliver custom tools for internal operations.
- Writing clean, functional, and maintainable code.
- Testing, debugging, and fixing complex issues.
- Developing and managing secure, well-performing databases and applications.
- Ensuring software responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
This role demands a mastery level of PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, MySQL/MariaDB, AWS services, HTML/CSS/JS, and Git. To be successful, you must have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities:
External
- Build and maintain seamless integrations with third-party tools and services.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security across all external-facing systems.
- Continuously monitor and improve user experience of CRM and client portals.
Internal
- Collaborate with internal teams to define new tools and systems that improve workflow.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary internal platform to support operational efficiency.
- Write clear documentation and ensure codebase standards are upheld.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Results:
- Minimize technical issues through rigorous testing and clean code practices.
- Ensure project deadlines are met with high-quality development work.
- Implement reliable integrations and maintain system compatibility.
- Support the agency’s growth by continuously improving technical infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PHP Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB).
- Experience with LAMP stack in AWS services environment.
- Solid understanding of Git and code version control practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Excellent logical thinking and debugging skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with third-party API integrations and tools.
- Experience with Vue.js is a plus.
