JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Google Looker and other BI tools as needed.
- Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and other stakeholders in an Agile project environment to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Build data models for dashboard efficiency and ensure high-performance reporting.
- Generate custom reports and analyses, using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards.
- Communicate effectively in English to facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure clarity in reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- From 2 years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in dashboard creation using BI tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication is a must
- Understanding the Shipping Business/Logistics Business is a plus
