What you'll do:
As a Senior Key Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the company’s consumer sales division. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around managing key accounts within the ICT, computer engineering, and home electrics sectors. You will be entrusted with nurturing existing relationships while proactively seeking out new business opportunities among retailers and dealers. * Manage relationships with assigned retailers and resellers in the southern region, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and approach new retailers and dealers to expand the distribution network within the ICT, computer engineering, and home electrics markets.
* Prepare detailed weekly reports covering sales-in, sales-out, inventory levels, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.
* Monitor market trends by keeping up-to-date with competitors’ activities, industry developments, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
* Develop tailored partner sales plans that align with both company objectives and client needs to drive mutual growth.
* Foster positive relationships with partners through regular communication, understanding their requirements, and providing effective solutions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as channel management, product management, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
