Job Description
- Ensure timely execution of KYC alerts review and closure in the system in line with the uplifted requirement.
- To perform quality check of the KYC alerts review and analysis prepared by Maker; and to ensure alerts are reviewed and closed within the expected timeline.
- Ensure the AML metrics dashboard or scorecards are well managed within the acceptable threshold, i.e. below 3% of overdue rate, without jeopardizing quality of the review.
- Collaborate with the Line 2 and the relevant Business Unit (BU)/ Support Unit (SU) to ensure effective implementation of the uplifted KYC processes within PFS segment and appropriate risk mitigating controls.
- Ensure execution of customer decisioning resulted from customer due diligence, including timely execution of relationship or account termination, putting in place the risk mitigating actions.
- Timely escalation of potential issues or observations identified from day to day operational.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
- Fresh graduate from reputable university or 2 years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting firm, preferably risk and control or audit related function, are a plus.
- Excellent communication both in written & oral.
- Possess self-driven, proactivity and self-motivation for improvements in a fast-paced environment.
