Main tasks:
- Receive Transport plan from Customer/Factories
- Place bookings with land carriers
- Coordinate with ocean carriers, ports, depots,..
- Manage operational excellence, maintain high service level
- Follow up/ensure data team’s systems update meet customer’s requirements/related KPIs
- Keep client informed of changes which may affect the agreed cargo planning.
- Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected fully and correctly from relevant parties (suppliers / Accounts, etc)
- Ensure vendor management within your area is carried out and properly followed-up.
- Contact with warehouse, carriers, trucking coordinator, etc. to ensure smooth handling of your Accounts.
- Prepare operational reports assigned by Account Manager/Senior executives.
- Update and adhere all new procedures instructed by client of your assigned Accounts.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
