A leading multinational manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee full-set accounting, cost management, and compliance with local regulations. Job Description :
- Oversee full spectrum of accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
- Manage month/quarter/year-end closing, prepare financial statements, and deliver timely management reports and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Thai GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Partner with plant operations and supply chain on cost accounting, standard costing, and efficiency improvement.
- Lead and develop the accounting team while driving internal controls, audits, ERP enhancement, and process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in manufacturing environment, particularly in cost accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and solid knowledge of Thai GAAP and IFRS.
- Good command of English with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
