What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with the organisation’s long-term goals and vision.
- Lead the design of robust learning frameworks, capability roadmaps, and talent development plans that support all business units within the company.
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to identify key capability gaps and prioritise workforce development initiatives based on business needs.
- Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of diverse learning programmes including onboarding processes, technical training modules, soft skills workshops, and leadership development courses.
- Implement blended learning solutions by integrating classroom instruction, e-learning modules, coaching sessions, and interactive workshops to maximise employee engagement.
- Ensure all learning programmes are tailored to enhance business performance while supporting skill enhancement across various roles.
- Design and facilitate leadership development initiatives for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives to build strong succession pipelines.
- Develop frameworks for succession planning and career development pathways that enable employees to progress within the organisation.
- Facilitate executive coaching sessions and targeted development interventions aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities.
- Lead the performance management process by providing guidance on goal-setting practices and capability assessments for leaders throughout the company.
What you bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in training & development methodologies as well as hands-on experience in learning management systems.
- Proven ability in instructional design with a track record of developing engaging materials tailored for adult learners.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong coaching abilities that foster trust and understanding among colleagues.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles enabling you to create effective educational experiences for diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with advanced project management skills ensures seamless execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience utilising e-learning platforms and digital tools to deliver innovative training solutions across various formats.
