A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to support FP&A, budgeting, and business partnering. The role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, and cost management, with strong exposure to regional stakeholders in a hybrid working environment.
Job Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.

Provide financial insights, projections, and data-driven recommendations to business leaders.

Support regional and local management with reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, costing, and financial evaluations.

Participate in finance-led process improvements and special projects.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5–8 years’ total experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A (including costing and controllership).

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Fluent in English (able to work in a regional / MNC setup).

Experience with SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools.

Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
