Job Description:
In-country Customer Logistics Service Representative (CLSR) based at Thai military customer facility in Bangkok, Thailand, to support its fleet of UH-72A helicopters and to ensure efficient support for all spares parts management and components repairs activities, maximizing fleet operational availability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Propose recommendations to the Military Customer to ensure efficient logistics processes and tools in order to ensure sufficient quantities of spares and consumables are available in support of the customer Helicopters at line and intermediate maintenance levels.
Ensure the spares and consumable materials are labeled for proper storage, inventories and handling.
Assist in ordering spares and consumable materials by preparing outstanding lists and recommend replenishment plans.
Assist in tracking all spares and consumable materials in support of the customer.
Provide recommendations to the customer to ensure all tools and Ground Support Equipments receive calibration prior to expiration.
Assist in coordinating the timely delivery of all spare parts and required common and special tools and fixtures to facilitate the customer’s work flow.
Participate in annual provisioning conferences abroad with the customer in providing projections, planning and replenishment plans and in adjusting spares and tool requirements.
Facilitate timely packaging, handling and shipping of spare parts and aircraft components returned for repair with local vendors.
Provide liaison so that information relating to the Helicopters Logistics Operation can be expeditiously disseminated from the contractor to military and civilian personnel of the Customer
Assist in analysis, interpretation and evaluation of newly discovered issues, and in the preparation of accurate technical descriptions of such issues in order to assist the contractor, military, and civilian personnel of the Customer in arriving at the best possible solution.
Provide technical assistance and On the Job Training (OJT) for the Customer Logistics personnel organizational and intermediate levels of support operation which emphasize safety precautions.
Disseminate standard practices and recognized methods of the aviation Logistics industry to Customer personnel performing the support through technical discussions and informal OJT.
Impart to the Customer personnel a well-rounded knowledge of aircraft logistics and support
Explain the significance of, as well as how to work from, Helicopter Technical Publications, Specific contractual Manuals and Government provided safety maintenance messages.
To Align with the local AH Tech Rep to provide technical guidance on the usage of various support programs to streamline logistics and increase readiness
Secondary Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Management:
SCIP Ordering (specific App for ordering): Prepare the ordering list, cross-reference with OEM pricing, and recommend ordering quantities based on outstanding requirements.
Receipt and Dispatch: Support the receiving and dispatch processes for shipments, including checking received spares for accuracy and fulfilment.
Shipment Discrepancies: Prepare Shipment Discrepancies Reports (SDR) when issues or discrepancies are identified in a shipment.
Warehouse Management: Support the management and inventory control of Warehouse 2 within the depot.
Stock Coordination: Coordinate with the CFSR and customer team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for all maintenance activities.
Customer & Communication:
Customer Communication: Support effective communication and discussions with Military Customer Logistics officers to propose workable and practical solutions, ensuring aircraft servicing requirements and accurate projections of spares needs.
Documentation:
Records Management: Establish and maintain a proper filing system for all historical records related to shipments and transactions.

The CLSR position's key operational deliverable is maximizing Military Customer fleet readiness by ensuring efficient logistics, timely provision of calibrated tools and spares, and effective material tracking.
Value is created through financial impact by proposing recommendations for cost-effective logistics processes, optimizing replenishment plans, and managing inventory.
The role significantly contributes to quality and customer satisfaction by acting as a crucial liaison for technical information, providing essential On the Job Training (OJT), and assisting in the swift resolution of newly discovered issues.
This position ensures smooth maintenance workflow and provides the customer with a well-rounded knowledge of aircraft logistics and support.
Personal & Interpersonal Skills :
Strong Logistics and Technical Proficiency: Must possess a well-rounded knowledge of aircraft logistics, be able to analyze technical issues, and provide guidance on technical publications, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required to act as a crucial liaison between the contractor and the Military Customer, facilitate discussions, participate in international conferences, and disseminate standard practices through technical discussions and training.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Ability: Needed to assist in the analysis, interpretation, and preparation of accurate technical descriptions for newly discovered issues to ensure the best possible solution.
Organizational and Detail-Oriented: Essential for managing and tracking spares, consumables, and tools, ensuring proper labeling and storage, and establishing a proper filing system for historical records.
Training and Mentoring Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to provide technical assistance, On the Job Training (OJT), and impart knowledge to customer logistics personnel at organizational and intermediate levels of support.
