What you’ll do

Lead the development and execution of Vietnam’s AI & GenAI strategy, including identifying use cases, preparing and optimizing data, and implementing advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.

Manage and grow a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and other specialists, while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Data Engineers, IT SMEs, and business stakeholders) to design, deploy, and scale impactful AI-driven solutions.
What you’ll need to apply

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

12+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics with proven leadership in AI/ML solution delivery.
- Experience leading a team Data & ML Engineer, AI enigneers, Data scientists, preferably from 8-10 people.

Strong expertise in machine learning, GenAI, data visualization, and analytics tools (Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).

Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of implementing data science solutions at scale.
