What you'll do:
As Regional Sales Head, you will play a central role in guiding the sales force towards achieving outstanding results across multiple banking channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various teams including Sales Managers, IO/IS/PIS groups, bankers, and branch staff. By nurturing relationships with partners and delivering targeted training programmes, you will help elevate the team's capabilities while upholding high standards of quality. Reporting on business activities will allow you to share insights that drive continuous improvement. * Oversee the daily business-as-usual tasks and execution assignments by directly reporting to the Account Head, ensuring seamless management of sales activities.
* Manage Sales Managers (SM) as well as IO/IS/PIS teams alongside bankers and branches, fostering effective communication and cooperation across all levels.
* Monitor assigned sales force performance and channel productivity, driving bancassurance results while maintaining strict adherence to code of conduct and quality standards.
* Build strong cooperative relationships with key partners, nurturing trust and understanding to achieve shared goals.
* Deliver training sessions focused on knowledge enhancement and professional skill development for bank sales staff and SM/IOIS teams.
* Implement effective sales activities tailored to maximise business outcomes while supporting team members through guidance and mentorship.
* Prepare detailed reports on business activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement to inform strategic decisions.
* Address arising issues promptly by collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions are considerate of all perspectives.
