What you'll do:
As Senior Legal and Corporate Secretary Counsel, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility in guiding the organisation through complex legal landscapes. - A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience practising corporate law, ideally gained within the energy or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a corporate secretary or in a similar capacity within Public Company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law coupled with strong analytical abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a keen eye for detail when reviewing contracts or agreements.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively under pressure without compromising quality or accuracy.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to upholding ethical standards in all dealings.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia being essential for success.
