Role Summary
The Supply Chain Finance Manager provides financial leadership and analysis to support supply chain operations. This role ensures cost efficiency, accurate forecasting, and strategic decision-making across procurement, production, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze COGS, inventory, and logistics costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Optimize working capital through inventory and payment term management.
- Partner with Procurement and Operations to support sourcing and vendor negotiations.
- Evaluate ROI and CAPEX for supply chain projects and investments.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs such as cost per unit and inventory days.
- Assess financial risks related to suppliers, currency, and global sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in supply chain finance.
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
