We are seeking a seasoned Software Testing Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of test engineers in delivering high-quality, defect-free software for automatic identification products. You’ll drive testing strategies, automation, and innovation across Android-based devices like smartphones, tablets, POS systems, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers
- Define and manage test plans, cases, and timelines
- Oversee functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement test automation using global best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve testing issues
- Report progress, risks, and achievements to leadership
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Android product testing
- Proficiency in tools like Jazz, Robot Framework, TestComplete
- Test automation and scripting expertise
- Agile and CI/CD familiarity
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven project management experience
Required Soft Skills
- Experience leading a team from 6 people
- Excellent communication and collaboration (English too)
- Strong planning and time management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years serving key leadership positions (ideally leading a big team from 6-10 people)
- Balanced experience between hands-on technical & team management
- Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- ISTQB, Agile, or API Testing certifications (preferred)
