Position : Sales Specialist
Working Place : Ho Chi Minh City (Remote)
Report to : General Manager
Company overview: a specialized distributor of high-end analytical and industrial testing instruments serving the material science, oil & gas, and research sectors.
Main Responsibilities
• Explore and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the local market.
• Work closely with team members to ensure business performance targets are achieved.
• Liaise with customers actively, demonstrate knowledge, and promote the company’s products to existing/potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up closely with customer requirements and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maximizing clients’ experience through taking ownership. • Ensure payment is made on the proper terms.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Technical and Experienced Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience within the analytical instruments distribution industry (Preferably Material Science, Oil & Gas, and Lubricating industry).
• Proven track record in exceed set sales target.
• Able to articulate well and execute sales and marketing presentation effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as negotiating, networking and influencing, to expand the market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP system (UBS and Epicor) will be advantageous
